    I recently got this unit and i need to update the software. But when trying to register the unit on the  webpage it
    just claims product does not exist. How come? Is there something incorrect with the website?

    I am quite sure i have entered the serial and register password correctly.

    I experienced this (user error on my part) when I registered my new MS908. It turned out that in my excitement to get it registered, I had mistakenly entered the register password into the CAPTCHA field. This resulted in a "product doesn't exist" message.
    Once I realized my error and tried again, it registered fine.

     Looks like this may be a common problem as I too have a MD802 that I purchased but it supposedly registered to someone else.

    I talked to the tool dealer I bought it from and they were supposed to have it fixed, but looking at the s/n on the website it's registered to some diesel repair shop??????

    I'll give Autel a little more time to resolve the issue and then it's going back.

    I hate to have a problem like this for my first post, but I can't seen to get anywhere with this

     Surely all our units are unregistered when it goes out of our factory, however, some dealer may mistakenly reigstered the S/N. Anyway, we can always help you check the status of each S/N.

     I also tryed today to register my MD802 All sistems and I got the same message: The product does not exist. Please check the information you entered

    Product serial is: ME8816504634

    can you please also help me to solve?
